EnHANTs Demo and Presentation at the IDTechEX Energy Harvesting and Storage USA'12 Conference
Professor John Kymissis gave an invited talk about the EnHANTs project at the IDTechEx Energy Harvesting and Storage USA'12 Conference in Washington, DC.
Additionally, an EnHANTs demo titled Energy Harvesting Active Network Tag (EnHANT) Prototypes and Prototype Testbed was presented at the conference. This demo showcased the integration of the EnHANT prototypes with custom UWB-IR transceivers and with custom organic solar cells, and demonstrated EnHANTs' adaptations to dynamic energy harvesting rates. The demo additionally showcased a one-of-its-kind programmable light control system recently developed for the EnHANTs testbed. The demo was presented by John Sarik, Meng Wang, and Luis Pena.
